Sell Your Pre-Loved Outfits with myRiti

Give your cherished outfits a second life through our curated refurbishment program. Follow our seamless process to get started:

1. Submit Your Interest: Navigate to our Refurbished Outfits section and select "Upload Your Outfit." Complete the submission form with detailed information and photos of your ensemble.
2. Initial Review: Our curation team will review your submission. Once shortlisted, we will contact you directly via WhatsApp to discuss the next steps.
3. Ship Your Outfit: Upon initial approval, please ship your outfit to the myRiti store. Note: Shipping costs are to be borne by the sender.
4. Quality Assessment: Once received, our experts will conduct a thorough quality check against our premium standards.
• Accepted Outfits: Proceed to refurbishment and listing.
• Returned Outfits: If an item does not meet our criteria, it will be safely shipped back to you.
5. Refurbishment & Listing: Approved outfits undergo professional refurbishment (as needed) and are showcased on the myRiti website for a 90-day exclusive lock-in period.
6. Post-Listing Options: After the 90-day period, we can mutually agree to extend the listing or return the outfit to you.
7. Swift Payments: Once your outfit is sold, your payment will be processed within 7 working days via your preferred payout method selected during submission.
